EX Squared is hiring a Head of Customer Success to own and elevate our client relationships. This role will define our success strategy and ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the overall customer success strategy and metrics.
- Build and lead customer lifecycle programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Analyze customer health and usage data to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to align on customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior customer success or account management leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a scalable customer success strategy.
- Strong data analysis skills to track health metrics and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in Poland. You must be legally authorized to work in the country.
