Aios Medical is hiring a Head of Conversion Rate Optimization to systematically increase conversion rates at scale. In this senior role, you will build testing infrastructure, run high-impact experiments, and eventually build and lead a team focused on driving revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct deep funnel analysis across all brands.
- Build an AI-powered testing roadmap.
- Design and ship experiments to drive measurable conversion lifts.
- Architect a systematic experimentation framework.
- Implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and personalization engines.
- Create testing culture and processes that scale.
- Directly drive conversion rate improvements across key funnels.
- Track, forecast, and report on revenue impact.
- Build and lead a world-class CRO team.
- Expand optimization across the full customer journey.
- Drive systematic improvements in CAC, conversion rates, and LTV.
What We're Looking For
- Proven AI/ML experience: built and deployed AI-driven optimization systems like personalization or automated experimentation.
- 7+ years leading high-impact CRO programs with a track record of driving 20%+ conversion improvements at scale.
- Deep expertise in statistical rigor and experimental design.
- Team builder: hired, mentored, and scaled high-performing teams.
- Technical fluency: comfortable in code, analytics tools, and complex implementation.
- Speed and rigor: bias to action, obsessed with 80/20, comfortable in ambiguity.
- Mission alignment: culture fit with company beliefs.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare or DTC experience optimizing complex, regulated funnels.
- Multi-brand scaling: led CRO across multiple brands/products simultaneously.
- Full-stack growth understanding of how CRO fits into broader strategy.
- AI product vision and excitement about personalization at scale and LLM applications.
- Proven ability to build experimentation culture across organizations.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Head of Performance, Dave Lane, with close oversight from the CEO.
