Version 1 is looking for a Principal Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of large-scale, enterprise Oracle Cloud programmes. You will own the end-to-end solution vision across Finance, HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM, ensuring a coherent, scalable, and strategically aligned architecture.

What You'll Do

Lead the design of complex Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned to business strategy.
Shape multi-pillar Finance & HCM programmes in a Solution Lead capacity.
Provide architectural governance across Data Migration, Integration (OIC), and Reporting (OTBI, OAC, FDI).
Chair and influence Design Authority discussions, advising on risk, impact, and strategic direction.
Engage confidently with CIOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders.
Support pre-sales through solution design, estimations, and compelling client demonstrations.
Mentor senior consultants and elevate architectural capability across the practice.
Represent the organisation at industry events, positioning Oracle innovation and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
Strong cross-pillar knowledge of HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM.
Proven experience leading large, multi-stream programmes in a Solution Architect or Solution Lead capacity.
Strong understanding of Oracle integration and reporting architecture (OIC, OAC, OTBI, FDI).
Experience designing coherent end-to-end solutions across applications, data, reporting, and integrations.
Commercial acumen—able to understand business cases, drive value realisation, and balance delivery with strategic outcomes.

Nice to Have

Background across Central Government, Financial Services, or Local Government environments.
Oracle eBS Finance experience.
Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials/ERP preferred; broader certifications welcomed).
