Version 1 is looking for a Principal Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of large-scale, enterprise Oracle Cloud programmes. You will own the end-to-end solution vision across Finance, HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM, ensuring a coherent, scalable, and strategically aligned architecture.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design of complex Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned to business strategy.
- Shape multi-pillar Finance & HCM programmes in a Solution Lead capacity.
- Provide architectural governance across Data Migration, Integration (OIC), and Reporting (OTBI, OAC, FDI).
- Chair and influence Design Authority discussions, advising on risk, impact, and strategic direction.
- Engage confidently with CIOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales through solution design, estimations, and compelling client demonstrations.
- Mentor senior consultants and elevate architectural capability across the practice.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, positioning Oracle innovation and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
- Strong cross-pillar knowledge of HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-stream programmes in a Solution Architect or Solution Lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of Oracle integration and reporting architecture (OIC, OAC, OTBI, FDI).
- Experience designing coherent end-to-end solutions across applications, data, reporting, and integrations.
- Commercial acumen—able to understand business cases, drive value realisation, and balance delivery with strategic outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Background across Central Government, Financial Services, or Local Government environments.
- Oracle eBS Finance experience.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials/ERP preferred; broader certifications welcomed).
