Hilo by Aktiia is looking for a Head of Brand to own and elevate our global brand strategy, messaging, and creative execution. You will be responsible for shaping a category-defining health tech brand, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints, and building a scalable brand organisation that supports long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the Hilo brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with company vision and drives measurable business impact.
- Build and maintain a cohesive brand house and messaging framework, ensuring global consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Position Hilo as the thought leader in blood pressure management through strong, credible narratives and category-defining storytelling.
- Lead content strategy and operations, acting as the central hub for all content requests across marketing and other teams.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, multilingual content for campaigns, website, and product communications.
- Own the full creative production process—from concept to execution—ensuring all assets meet brand and performance standards.
- Establish a central brand asset library and scalable briefing toolkits for agencies, translators, and external partners.
- Manage relationships with PR and creative agencies globally, including UK and German partners.
- Drive strategic PR initiatives that enhance brand credibility, thought leadership, and presence at major industry events.
- Define brand KPIs and ensure all brand activities contribute to awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Partner with performance marketing and commercial teams to maintain a performance-first approach to brand building.
- Build a high-performance brand team and organisation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in senior brand marketing or agency roles with a track record of building and managing strong, enduring brands.
- Proven ability to lead brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction in regulated or complex markets.
- Experience leading content and creative operations, including translation/localisation across multiple markets.
- Strong experience managing agencies and building scalable brand asset and toolkit systems.
- Demonstrated ability to link brand initiatives directly to business growth and measurable impact.
- Highly collaborative, able to align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified brand vision.
Nice to Have
- Health tech, medtech, or wellness experience.
- Experience experimenting with new formats like interactive social media and new technologies such as AI tooling.
