Responsibilities
- Design and expand global commercial initiatives, execution strategies, data analysis, and product adoption to strengthen core business growth, ensuring disciplined tracking of sales pipelines and activities through performance metrics to deliver reliable forecasts for senior executives.
- Lead the Retail Media Business Development group in forming strategic partnerships and go-to-market approaches that drive revenue expansion as the Retail Media product line launches.
- Oversee Analytics teams in collaborating with Sales and Agency Activation to identify new revenue opportunities using in-depth performance insights and data-backed media sales strategies.
- Support leadership of high-growth Analytics and Business Development units by promoting a culture centered on coaching, mentorship, and performance accountability.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives within Global Partnerships Sellside focused on Analytics and Commercial operations to align closely with the Exchange Platform’s strategic goals.
