As a Functional Consultant at Workday, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's HCM, Benefits, and Total Rewards solutions. You'll work closely with clients to configure the platform, support data migration and integrations, and deliver strong project outcomes while mentoring colleagues and building trusted relationships.
What You'll Do
- Master Workday HCM / Benefits / Total Rewards - Compensation
- Understand client business requirements
- Configure the Workday solution
- Demonstrate configurations through the building of prototype configuration
- Assist the client in testing the Workday solution
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
- Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of functional experience with HCM software solutions or systems
- Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant
- Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English
