As an HCM Implementation Consultant, you will lead clients through the deployment of Workday’s Human Capital Management, Benefits, and Total Rewards solutions. Your role centers on understanding unique business needs, configuring system functionality, and guiding teams through testing and data migration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules
- Translate client requirements into effective system configurations
- Build prototype demonstrations to showcase solution design
- Support end-to-end testing and validation of implemented features
- Guide the conversion of legacy HR and payroll data into Workday
- Collaborate with integration specialists to configure and validate system connections
- Apply Workday’s implementation framework consistently across engagements
- Ensure clients leverage best practices and proven methodologies
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Drive project success and foster long-term client trust
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least three years of hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG, or similar systems. Prior consulting experience—either in a professional services firm or as an internal advisor—is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background is expected.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations is advantageous. Some travel—up to 30%—may be required.
