Workday is looking for an HCM Functional Consultant to join our Consulting team. In this role, you will ensure successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution by applying your product and implementation expertise directly with customers. You will be a key player in requirements gathering, system configuration, data conversion, and testing phases of customer engagements.

What You'll Do

Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite, with HCM Core, Recruiting and/or Learning required; Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits a plus.
Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototypes, and assist the client in testing.
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
Assist the Integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions.
Understand and use Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday’s proven solutions.
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.

What We're Looking For

For a Senior HCM Implementation Consultant: A minimum of 5+ years implementing at least one of the following Workday HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Learning.
For a Principal HCM Implementation Consultant: A minimum of 10+ years implementing at least one of the following Workday HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Learning.
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar HCM applications.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to Have

Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service.
Functional experience in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and/or Learning.
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
