What You'll Do
- Examine chain of title primarily for commercial and industrial properties
- Perform title examination of complex orders requiring a high level of title expertise
- Abstract and analyze records such as leases, liens, judgments, easements, and vital statistics
- Determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions for multi-site properties
- Write title products based on the interpretation and application of procedural guidelines
- Provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines
- May interact directly with customers
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years of directly related title examination experience
- Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to conduct business across a broad geographic area
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office skill set
Team & Environment
Acts as a resource to less experienced team members.

This is a remote position based in Florida.
