This could be a feature, product concept, or complex system requiring resolution. • The Sprint Phase: Your team has 14 days to conceptualize, design, construct, and deliver a functional solution. Working methods, technology, and schedule are entirely squad-determined. • Demonstration Day: Sprint's conclusion features team presentations. A champion emerges. • Immediate Restart: Countdown recommences instantly. Compensation Structure This represents a high-stakes environment with guaranteed baseline funding and substantial winner incentives. • Base Operational Support: Every active squad receives £1,000 monthly for league participation. Internal fund distribution is team-decided. • Victory Bonus: The winning squad receives an immediate £1,000 supplementary reward. Potential monthly earnings include £2,000 in bonus opportunities, plus foundational compensation. Performance Expectations This isn't a passive engagement.
