Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead global recruitment for our Sales and Marketing teams within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. You will manage full-cycle hiring projects, influence process design, and collaborate with sourcing and enablement experts to build top-tier teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Marketing roles, primarily in the USA and Europe.
- Act as a project manager for each vacancy, ensuring organized, timely, and quality-driven execution.
- Design or improve assessment processes, applying structured interviews and evaluation methods.
- Conduct competency-based interviews, role plays, and screening calls to assess both skills and values alignment.
- Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to build robust talent pipelines.
- Maintain candidate and project data, reporting on key metrics and meeting SLAs.
- Engage with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and build long-term relationships across business domains.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts.
- Manage recruitment initiatives across EMEA, USA, and LATAM regions.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- 3+ years of experience in hiring sales professionals.
- Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles for international roles across diverse regions.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment platforms and tools.
- Fluency in English (C2 level).
- Collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
