INFUSE Academy is hiring a GTM Strategist to work closely with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business objectives to set strategic direction using INFUSE and partner solutions. You will lead the development of integrated demand generation plans across a diverse portfolio and contribute to the growth of the strategy, product, innovation, and demand planning department.
What You'll Do
- Develop demand generation and media strategies by understanding business objectives, identifying priority audiences, and analyzing media behavior.
- Leverage insights and analytics to optimize strategies and communicate channel performance effectively.
- Create cross-channel media strategies or stand-alone activity aligned to clear objectives and measurement.
- Collaborate with sales and client success teams to ensure campaign concepts align with planned media strategy activations.
- Ensure media strategies and plans are aligned to clients’ business priorities.
- Present to senior client stakeholders on sales calls.
- Support sales and client success teams in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Break new ground with ideas and innovations to meet client challenges and elevate INFUSE service offering.
- Work closely with various departments to shape and refine strategy, innovation, and demand planning efforts.
- Support the Head of GTM Strategy in expanding and evolving the company's strategic initiatives and offerings.
What We're Looking For
- B2B experience in planning and strategy for cross-channel media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of multiple media channels (e.g., display, social, demand generation, nurture).
- Strong knowledge of analytics and measurement technologies and their relative suitability for different client requirements.
- Strong experience dissecting B2B digital briefs and customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Rigorous approach to market and audience research.
- Numerate, comfortable working with data to forecast performance across channels.
- Experience working with sales and creative content teams.

- Experience working with B2B Channel or Marketing Partners.
Team & Environment
You will work in close collaboration with sales, client success, delivery, creative, and analytics teams, reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy.
