About the Role

Talentful is seeking a GTM Recruitment Manager (6 Month FTC) to lead a team dedicated to sourcing Go-To-Market and Non-Technical talent for a high-growth technology client. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level hires, drive team performance, and implement strategic improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, and develop your recruitment team, providing operational support and fostering a tailored team culture.
  • Set and monitor team targets, tracking performance through data and reporting aligned with client needs.
  • Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level hires, focusing on Non-Technical disciplines.
  • Be accountable for your team's core delivery and success.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Talentful and the client to forecast hiring needs, provide insights, and deliver detailed reports.
  • Take a consultative approach to enhance the effectiveness of the internal business model.
  • Identify and optimize processes to work smarter and create greater impact for the client and Talentful.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment.
  • Experience managing a team with ambitious hiring goals and targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong team management capabilities, with a track record of driving team success across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships quickly.
  • The ability to recognize and capitalize on business expansion opportunities.
  • A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy.
  • Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment model.
  • A background in recruiting Non-Technical or Go-To-Market talent.
