Talentful is looking for a GTM Recruiter for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). In this role, you will focus on finding and attracting the world's best talent for a single major technology client, using deep sourcing techniques and becoming embedded in their culture.
What You'll Do
- Find and attract top-tier talent for our client.
- Utilize deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and innovative strategies.
- Work exclusively with one client to become deeply integrated into their culture professionally and socially.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the value of effective talent practices.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and offer top-of-funnel support alongside senior recruiters.
- Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
