About the Role

Clio is hiring a GTM Program Manager for a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role. You will partner closely with Revenue and Executive Leadership to drive Clio’s most critical go-to-market initiatives, sitting at the center of how strategy turns into execution and helping the company scale through clarity, alignment, and disciplined delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Engineering by building strong partnerships and influencing without authority.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate options, surface tradeoffs, and recommend data-backed paths forward.
  • Provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and program sponsors.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
  • Working knowledge of GTM motions and revenue operations.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with acquisition integrations, quote-to-cash, or GTM system implementations.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the Revenue Operations team and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

  • Compensation range: $108,400 to $127,500 to $146,600 USD.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role with an expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week. The position is open to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto offices, or remote across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US.
