Anaconda was looking for a GTM Operations Analyst

Drive operational excellence in a high-growth SaaS environment by supporting the full go-to-market cycle for sales and partnerships. This role is central to maintaining data accuracy, refining automation, and ensuring scalable processes across quote-to-cash, partner programs, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance deal registration, partner onboarding, and co-sell tracking workflows within Salesforce to improve efficiency and data reliability
  • Develop reporting frameworks to track partner-attributed and partner-influenced revenue, referral pipelines, and reseller performance across market segments
  • Enforce compliance with partner program requirements, ensuring consistent application of tiering rules and operational standards
  • Support quote-to-cash operations for partner-led and two-tier deals by coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison to maintain clean account hierarchies, data integrity, and accurate opportunity attribution across all partner channels
  • Manage Salesforce as the primary system of record, including automation, validation logic, opportunity lifecycle tracking, and governance policies
  • Build and maintain dashboards that monitor ARR, pipeline health, sales productivity, and individual performance for executive review
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement scalable solutions to increase conversion, reduce friction, and improve rep effectiveness
  • Document procedures, recommend improvements, and lead initiatives that enhance reporting speed and accuracy
  • Conduct full-funnel analysis from lead intake through renewal, identifying trends in win rates, deal velocity, and stage progression
  • Deliver insights and tools to sales and partner leaders, supporting planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning, including territory modeling, pipeline assessment, and capacity analysis
  • Proactively identify pipeline risks and opportunities, improving discipline in forecasting and data hygiene practices

Qualifications

Required: Minimum of 2 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or related function within a SaaS organization. Proficiency in Salesforce administration—including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, CPQ, and reporting—is essential. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud Partner Portal is highly valued.

Preferred: Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms such as Clari or Gong, data enrichment tools like Clay or Zoominfo, and territory management systems including LeanData or Fullcast. Strong analytical ability, experience building dashboards and data models, and a track record of solving operational challenges are key. Candidates should demonstrate clear thinking in complex environments, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a foundational understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, pipeline coverage, win rates, and partner attribution. Exposure to open-source, AI/ML, or data science ecosystems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $81,000 to $135,000 depending on location, with higher bands for NYC and SF.
