Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated workflows for lead generation, prospect research, pipeline tracking, data enrichment, customer onboarding, and outreach using AI-powered automation platforms and custom scripting as needed.
- Ensure high data integrity by managing CRM cleanliness, deduplication, enrichment, and consistency across all go-to-market systems.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and remove operational bottlenecks and reduce manual effort in daily processes.
- Develop, test, and deploy growth experiments focused on increasing revenue and operational efficiency, including fast-cycle A/B testing and rapid iteration.
- Track, measure, and interpret key performance indicators across the sales pipeline, including conversion rates and velocity, to guide optimization efforts.
- Assess, adopt, and integrate leading automation, artificial intelligence, and analytics tools to maintain a modern and effective tech stack.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices to support team scalability, knowledge sharing, and faster onboarding.
- Train and support go-to-market team members on new technologies and act as a technical advisor for evolving business requirements.
