Procurement Sciences is seeking a resourceful and highly technical GTM Engineer (Growth Marketer) for a key builder role at the center of our revenue organization. You will architect, automate, and optimize the workflows that drive pipeline, sales, customer engagement, and revenue scale in our rapidly growing SaaS company.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows supporting lead generation, pipeline management, data enrichment, and customer onboarding using advanced automation and AI tools like Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
- Implement and manage data quality processes, including CRM hygiene, enrichment, and deduplication across all GTM platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover and eliminate process inefficiencies and manual tasks.
- Prototype, test, and launch new growth and efficiency experiments, leading rapid A/B tests to productionize winning plays.
- Instrument, monitor, and analyze critical GTM performance metrics, tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and operational KPIs.
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage best-in-class automation, AI, and analytics solutions.
- Document and share technical playbooks and process guides to enable team adoption and faster onboarding.
- Proactively educate and enable GTM team members on new systems and serve as a technical consultant.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years building automated sales, marketing, or business operations workflows, preferably in a SaaS organization.
- Experience with modern CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent), analytics, and automation integration.
- Proficiency with at least one no-code/low-code automation platform and some coding or a portfolio of sophisticated no-code solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring, workflow analysis, and process optimization.
- Deep technical fluency with sales, marketing, and RevOps tools, especially automation platforms like Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern CRM, pipeline, enrichment, analytics, or outreach solutions.
- Experience with scripting, coding, or advanced data work (TypeScript, Python, SQL or similar) and a drive to self-learn new frameworks and APIs.
- An innovative, experimental, and analytical mindset focused on tackling ambiguous problems and measuring results.
- A proven track record of building processes or automations that drive real business impact in a SaaS or growth-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate between business requirements and technical execution.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, hands-on roles motivated by impact and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in partnership with sales, marketing, or customer success teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates in Washington DC, VA, MD, MA, or Salt Lake City, UT are preferred.
