RocketAMS is hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build, and run a scalable B2B outbound engine, eliminating reliance on SDR headcount. This is a systems-first role where you will own the end-to-end GTM infrastructure, with Clay as a core, non-negotiable tool.
What You'll Do
- Build Clay-first outbound systems for ICP definition, account sourcing, and enrichment, scaling tables for contact sourcing and buying committee mapping.
- Design logic to filter poor-fit leads, prioritize intent, and generate personalized insights, pushing clean data into CRM and sequencing tools.
- Automate the data flow from Clay to CRM to outreach tools, handling record creation, updates, deduplication, and lifecycle stages.
- Maintain high data quality and consistency across all connected systems.
- Use Clay and AI to generate first-line and follow-up personalization at scale, ensuring outreach feels human and relevant.
- Design lead routing logic for fully enriched leads to reach the right sales owner instantly, optimizing for speed-to-lead.
- Continuously test ICPs, enrichment logic, data sources, and messaging, tracking reply and booking rates to ship improvements weekly.
- Work cross-functionally with Founder/Growth and Sales to translate strategy into systems, eliminating tool and team silos.
What We're Looking For
- Deep, hands-on experience with Clay, including multi-step workflows, logic, conditions, enrichment chaining, and scaling.
- Strong experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Solid CRM experience, with HubSpot preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B outbound and account-based prospecting methodologies.
- Proven systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to ship fast and work independently.
Nice to Have
- Mid-market or enterprise outbound experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for GTM or RevOps.
- Experience supporting sales or growth teams.
- Basic API knowledge.
