MedScout is hiring a GTM Associate

About the Role

MedScout is looking for a GTM Associate to pioneer AI-powered pipeline generation and engagement strategies. This role focuses on turning market signals into pipeline, crafting resonant outreach, scaling ABX motions, and building the playbook for modern go-to-market.

What You'll Do

  • Turn signals into pipeline by designing, testing, and scaling multiple engagement programs to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Craft and test messaging across personas, industries, and triggers, elevating conversations to business outcomes.
  • Scale the ABX motion by acting as a strategic peer to AEs to penetrate priority accounts through differentiated engagement.
  • Pioneer AI-powered GTM workflows to accelerate every stage of the commercial cycle and support the operational foundation.
  • Document learnings and experiments to level up the entire team.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of go-to-market experience, ideally as an SDR at an early-stage vertical SaaS company.
  • Exceptional communicator with crisp, customer-focused writing skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Driven by deep curiosity about prospects, the motion, and the GTM landscape.
  • Comfortable in uncharted territory with a bias towards action.
  • Experienced with and eager to master a wide variety of modern GTM, ideally AI-based, tools.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within an AE/sales-led motion.
  • Experience with healthcare/medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies.
  • Led messaging for outbound before.
  • Strong perspectives on what makes good vs. bad outreach.
  • Built outbound sequences from the ground up.
