Phantom is hiring a Growth Partnerships Lead to build and optimize our global affiliate program from zero to one. You will drive growth by recruiting and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, and content partners to promote Phantom's products to their audiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to build the inaugural affiliate program and drive new funded wallets and traders.
- Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, KOLs, and financial publishers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier affiliates, offering support, guidance, and incentives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue.
- Work with affiliates to create high-impact promotional content that effectively communicates Phantom's value proposition.
- Leverage affiliate tracking software to manage assets, track performance, and process payments.
- Own the roadmap for technology improvements and event pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, particularly app-based.
- Proven track record of developing and launching affiliate marketing programs at a global scale.
- Deep understanding of the affiliate partnership ecosystem in crypto.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data teams and managing external agencies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits through branded content.
- Passion for crypto, web3, and decentralized finance, or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space.
