Voicemod is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to play a key role in expanding our reach across platforms and driving user acquisition. You'll combine creativity, data, and experimentation to shape how we attract, convert, and retain users in a highly dynamic product and category.
What You'll Do
- Execute growth marketing tactics across digital channels.
- Write clear, conversion-friendly copy for landing pages, emails, app stores, and in-product messages.
- Contribute to a test-and-learn culture: generate hypotheses, design experiments, measure impact, and iterate fast.
- Support SEO and ASO efforts through keyword research and content optimization.
- Update and manage web content through CMS tools like Webflow or WordPress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Provide input for performance marketing creatives and messaging.
- Assist with campaign execution across paid, organic, and community channels.
- Monitor KPIs using pre-built dashboards and support basic reporting.
- Stay informed about growth trends, tools, and tactics in gaming and consumer apps.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong growth mindset focused on learning, impact, and continuous improvement.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and agility to ask questions, get things moving, and adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with the gaming ecosystem, either professionally or personally.
- Experience in go-to-market strategies for digital products.
- Strong writing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and audience.
- Familiarity with SEO/ASO principles and basic use of tools like SEMrush or AppTweak.
- Experience using CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
- Understanding of paid media principles and ability to support campaigns.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics or Mixpanel for reading performance data.
- Good communication and collaboration skills across marketing and product teams.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
Nice to Have
- Background in gaming or creator economy industries, or relevant experience at agencies with tech clients.
- Experience in Paid Media Campaigns (Social Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads).
- Basic understanding of Reddit or community-led marketing.
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying growth frameworks.
