Tapcart Inc. was looking for a Growth Marketing & Operations Manager

Tapcart Inc. is looking for a Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to play a critical role in propelling the business into its next phase. You will feed pipeline growth through creative and strategic initiatives, balancing growth marketing and general GTM team needs while ensuring operational excellence. We're a Santa Monica-based tech company with the energy of a startup and the momentum of a market leader.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the growing pipeline and help define how we scale demand at our next stage of growth.
  • Lead ongoing testing across channels, messages, and motions, turning curiosity into insight and insight into momentum.
  • Help turn early wins into durable, repeatable programs that can scale with the business.
  • Ensure marketing efforts translate into high-quality, measurable pipeline by partnering closely with Sales and Rev Ops.
  • Help bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our growth motion, so we have systems that can scale as we grow.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Hands-on growth experience driving demand or pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experimentation mindset with ability to design tests across multiple demand channels (paid, outbound, partnerships, events, etc.).
  • Lifecycle marketing experience building or managing programs that nurture prospects and customers across stages.
  • Strong analytical instincts, fluent in funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Marketing & revenue operations fluency with experience in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Pipeline-savvy perspective understanding how marketing influences revenue from first touch through opportunity creation.
  • Operational builder mentality, enjoying creating structure, improving processes, and setting up scalable systems.
  • Cross-functional collaborator working naturally with Rev Ops, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate growth and execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and energized by building in an evolving environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator able to share results, insights, and recommendations across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Agency experience as a media planner or strategist.
  • Owned Product-led Growth initiatives.
