NoGood is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to specialize in paid media, specifically SEM and paid social. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and managing holistic paid campaigns across multiple clients, providing strategic insights, and optimizing for client KPIs within our award-winning, tech-enabled growth consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments impacting the social media and paid search landscape.
- Launch ad campaigns across paid social and paid search for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Become an expert on clients' brands and goals to develop creative solutions that boost reputation and conversions.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' products and competitors to launch effective, high-engagement ad campaigns.
- Liaise with the branding and creative team to ensure all ad assets and copy meet client brand guidelines.
- Present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlighting successes and new experiments.
- Act as an advisor to guide clients on improving bottom-of-funnel performance to lower CAC and improve LTV.
- Stay on top of client communication and demonstrate strong project management skills.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing ad spend across leading social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing ad spend on Google Ads.
- Managed a monthly paid social budget of at least $10,000.
- Experience working with product teams to set up events on ad platforms and ensure proper event tracking.
- Experience working with branding and creative teams to produce high-quality ad assets that capture attention and meet branding guidelines.
- Experience with reporting structures to communicate ad performance across platforms and report on experiments.
- Highly analytical and obsessed with achieving client KPIs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise with the intersection of paid, owned, and earned media in campaign orchestration.
- Passionate about the social media and paid search landscape and can show thought leadership.
- Hungry to learn, passionate, and highly competent.
Nice to Have
- Significant Meta experience.
- Experience managing at least $100,000 in total ad spend throughout your career.
- Experience managing spend for a D2C brand or B2B SaaS product.
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms (e.g., rockerbox, appsflyer).

- Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 base pay plus bonus, commissions, and profit sharing.
