About the Role

Found is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead channel strategy and execution, acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth primarily through our paid social program. You will have complete ownership from creative strategy to media-mix, with an initial focus on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across paid media channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process from brief development and stakeholder alignment to creative execution, launch, and reporting.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing to optimize conversion rate across the funnel—including landing pages, ads, audiences, and channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to build and test creative assets based on customer insights.
  • Monitor and manage acquisition budgets across channels and campaigns, proactively adjusting spend based on performance and efficiency targets.
  • Translate performance data into insights and learnings that can be shared across Found.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience in a growth marketing role with direct responsibility for campaign planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable analyzing performance, running multivariate tests, and distilling complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills. Extremely organized and proactive with experience driving cross-functional projects.
  • Intellectually curious self-starter who asks questions and proactively turns insights into tests and opportunities.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, or similar.
  • Strong communication and executive presence—comfortable writing campaign briefs and reviewing performance with leadership.
  • A keen attention to detail, especially when it comes to tracking, testing, and ensuring campaign accuracy.
  • Technical awareness: Understands when ideas need engineering or analytics support and collaborates well with engineers and product managers.
  • A sense of humor, enjoys work, and finds humor and learning in roadblocks while maintaining a positive attitude.

This role reports to Justin, who leads the marketing team.

  • Compensation: $135,000 - $167,000 + industry-competitive equity.
