HireHawk is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to own and execute a scalable growth strategy that drives qualified leads, client acquisition, and revenue expansion. This is a high-impact, remote leadership role focused on measurable revenue growth within the staffing and RPO space.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Drive qualified lead generation for staffing and BPO services.
- Build and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, outbound and inbound marketing, partnerships, content, and SEO.
- Optimize funnel performance from lead generation through to client acquisition.
- Create targeted campaigns for hiring managers, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Improve conversion rates from marketing-qualified lead to sales-qualified lead to closed-won client.
- Align closely with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure pipeline quality and velocity.
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies where appropriate.
- Own and report on key growth KPIs, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI.
- Implement tracking systems and develop reporting dashboards.
- Run A/B testing and other growth experiments to improve performance.
- Strengthen brand positioning within staffing and RPO markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities in new verticals or for geographic expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in growth marketing within staffing agencies or RPO environments.
- A solid understanding of the staffing sales cycle and its key drivers.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation strategies.
- Proven ability to build predictable pipeline growth in competitive markets.
