We are seeking an innovative growth marketing professional capable of developing and expanding our user acquisition strategy across diverse platforms. This role centers on attracting high-quality traffic, optimizing conversion pathways, and operating within cryptocurrency banking ecosystem constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage top-of-funnel engagement channels including Twitter (X), Xiaohongshu, Telegram, Discord
- Enhance platform visibility through fintech comparison sites and discovery platforms
- Develop targeted segmentation strategies for different user demographics
- Identify and scale high-potential communities across APAC, SEA, and European regions
- Execute performance marketing across X, Google, Meta, TikTok platforms
- Construct comprehensive multi-channel acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with KOL team to manage influencer acquisition pipelines
- Support affiliate and community partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with Product/Operations on in-app growth mechanisms
- Establish clear performance indicators and optimize acquisition efficiency
- Navigate complex KYC and conversion challenges
- Ensure marketing approaches comply with regulatory requirements
- Dynamically adapt strategies based on compliance limitations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years growth/acquisition experience in fintech, digital banking, cryptocurrency sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of acquisition metrics
- Strong insight into cryptocurrency user motivations and decision-making processes
- Proven campaign execution experience across APAC/SEA/European markets
- Demonstrated expertise across paid and community-driven channels
- Capability to develop acquisition processes from inception
- Comfort operating in dynamic, early-stage entrepreneurial environments
