What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to identify high-impact content opportunities.
- Develop and manage a strategic content framework, including topic clusters, on-page SEO, and backlink development through outreach and partnerships.
- Optimize technical SEO to improve site health, indexability, and long-term search performance.
- Design and deploy high-converting landing pages—preferably using Framer—with built-in A/B and multivariate testing to refine user experience.
- Analyze user behavior through GA4 or PostHog to streamline funnels, improve CTAs, and enhance personalization.
- Ensure alignment between organic traffic and post-click journeys to reduce friction and increase customer lifetime value.
- Write persuasive, SEO-driven copy for blogs, guides, case studies, and nurture content that turns search intent into measurable revenue.
- Work closely with product, design, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and go-to-market positioning.
- Build and manage automated email and CRM workflows for onboarding, retention, upselling, and re-engagement with strong deliverability standards.
- Use no-code tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make to create behavior-triggered campaigns based on user activity and product usage.
- Connect data across CRM, analytics, and product platforms to enable real-time audience segmentation and nurturing.
- Launch low-cost, high-impact initiatives such as co-marketing, affiliate programs, influencer outreach, and referral systems to reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Test and validate ideas rapidly—going from concept to insight in days—using structured experimentation frameworks.
- Support team development through documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing to enable scalable growth.
What We’re Looking For
You have a proven track record of launching growth experiments quickly, often leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and analysis. Your portfolio includes measurable case studies demonstrating cross-channel growth loops and tangible business impact.
Preferred Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or relevant field, or equivalent real-world experience.
- 5+ years in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments, with documented success in driving organic revenue.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, PostHog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Framer, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
- Solid understanding of attribution models, funnel analytics, and growth modeling, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving startups.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a clear communication style in cross-functional settings.
