Laka is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth for our business. You will develop targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage essential customer communications, and optimise website content to enhance conversion.
What You'll Do
- Develop lifecycle stages based on customer data and design campaigns for each stage.
- Execute CRM campaigns to drive activation, engagement, retention, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Be accountable for our essential transactional customer communications.
- Personalise messaging based on customer segmentation.
- Ensure that the website effectively communicates product benefits and maximises conversion.
- Design and implement automated workflows and nurture streams for different segments and lifecycle stages.
- Use our CRM tool to set up triggers, rules, and workflows that guide customers through the journey.
- Work with the Market Leads to develop customer segments, positioning and messaging.
- Work with the Market Leads and Product Manager to deliver CRM campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years experience in a high-growth D2C company.
- Strong technical marketing skills and hands-on experience working with CRM platforms.
- Experience working with CMS platforms preferred, desire to learn a must.
Nice to Have
- Speak in addition to English, French, German or Dutch.
- Experience working with Customer.io, Webflow and coding languages (liquid, CSS, HTML) are an advantage.

You will be part of a team of over 60 Lakanauts and work closely with Market Leads and the Product Manager.
