Huzzle's Client is hiring a Growth Marketer to establish clear product positioning, optimize user onboarding, and drive activation across a portfolio of B2B SaaS products. This is a hands-on role where you will build the foundations of a data-driven, product-led growth engine.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine ICPs and positioning for each SaaS product.
- Build and optimise onboarding, activation, and retention funnels.
- Analyse user behaviour and reduce early journey drop-offs.
- Craft and implement consistent messaging across website, product, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.
- Design and execute growth experiments to validate hypotheses and measure lift.
- Support both inbound and outbound motions, including email campaigns, landing pages, and CRM workflows.
- Track and report on KPIs related to activation, conversion, and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS growth, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven understanding of product-led growth principles and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HighLevel CRM preferred).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration.
- Comfortable working across multiple products or verticals simultaneously.
- Strong data-driven mindset—you measure, test, and optimise everything.
