Paired is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive inbound lead generation and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns for our B2B SaaS company. This is a long-term, remote position with significant room for growth, aligned with our mission to provide great jobs to talented people regardless of location.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to generate inbound leads for a B2B SaaS platform.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including email, LinkedIn, content, and organic marketing.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation campaigns.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity, campaign performance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and pipeline growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS products.
- Strong experience in lead generation and demand generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach campaigns.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and increase productivity.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Availability for a work schedule with overlap with the Pacific Time Zone.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
Technical Stack
- HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
