Responsibilities
- Analyze subscription funnel data to identify high-impact growth opportunities and isolate key metric drivers.
- Translate insights into specific product and marketing changes, including target screens, copy, logic, and audiences.
- Write tickets, collaborate with surface owners across web, app, email, billing, and paid channels, and drive features to completion.
- Define success metrics before launch and rigorously evaluate each release to decide whether to ship, kill, or iterate.
- Maintain and prioritize the growth backlog, making clear cases for what the team should build next.
- Refine AI tools, automation, and documentation workflows to ensure team learnings compound over time.
Requirements
- Proven track record of taking initiatives from opportunity through spec, build, launch, and result, navigating crowded roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in breaking down top-line metrics, reading experiment results, spotting tracking bugs, and isolating true causal signals.
- Sharp intuition for onboarding flows, paywalls, messaging, and retention mechanics, backed by clear spec and markup skills.
- Writes plainly and persuasively so busy stakeholders understand recommendations after one read.
- Curious and proactive in using AI and automation for analysis, prototyping, research, and documentation to move faster.
Nice to Have
- SQL is a plus.
- Background with paid subscriptions, mobile apps, growth, or lifecycle marketing is highly desirable.
