Google is looking for a Growth Manager to partner with app-first companies and help them reach their business growth goals by leveraging Google's advertising portfolio. You will be a member of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, driving impact by shaping the future of advertising in the AI-era.
What You'll Do
- Work with app-first companies to help them reach their business growth goals.
- Deliver against assigned sales goals consistently and manage the pipeline effectively to develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with mobile-focused cross-functional teams to identify potential opportunities and to develop compelling client specific pitches, strategies and sales recommendations to realize mobile app developer clients success.
- Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network and YouTube. Contribute feedback and innovation for our App Campaign Products teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a business related field.
- 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Experience in mobile app industry and sales.
- Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Google app solution and competitive know-how.
