HSBC Group is hiring a Business Development Officer to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) division. In this role, you will focus on supporting the onboarding and development of new channels and improving the productivity of our core contributing key channels to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Senior CDM to support the onboarding and development of new channels and improve the productivity of our core contributing key channels.
- Assist the Senior CDM in developing new channels and maintain a few critical existing channels that support IWPB new business tactics such as CEPS, PIL, and Credit Card.
- Ensure fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.
- Focus on developing new relationships outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability in mobile sales.
- Current product and market knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong sales, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Good spoken and written English.
