Coram AI is hiring a Growth Manager to build and manage our growth engine across conventional channels and digital experiments. You'll own full funnel execution from first touchpoint to closed-won, working side-by-side with our engineering team to automate lead generation and create custom go-to-market tools.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage the growth engine across channels like Email, Webinars, and Physical Events, plus digital experiments.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to automate lead generation workflows and build custom GTM tools.
- Develop structured GTM playbooks for core industries (Warehousing, Education, and Manufacturing), translating technical AI capabilities into clear value for operational buyers.
- Own full funnel execution, focusing on data from first touchpoint to closed-won to ensure marketing spend is an investment in a repeatable system.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work in an onsite environment (5 Days WFO in Bangalore).
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation, including ownership of pipeline targets, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience writing high-converting copy for a physical security director and explaining the logic of multi-step automation workflows to technical stakeholders.
- Ability to strategically assess various marketing channels.
- Experience using LLMs and automation tools to significantly boost personal productivity, plus enthusiasm for building similar AI agents for our marketing stack.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with engineers and other technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience operating in high-agency, 0 → 1 environments.
- Resilience in challenging and fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels.
