NNC is hiring a Growth Generalist to perform diverse functions across product, marketing, and analytics. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of growth and marketing to build innovative campaigns and projects that drive results.
What You'll Do
- Define user flows, plan landing pages, analyze metric drops, perform root cause analyses, and manage stakeholders as a product manager.
- Strategize content that sells, build funnels that convert, and give briefs to the content team as a marketing strategist.
- Own and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and more as a performance marketer.
- Figure out avenues for hacking growth and bringing success to projects and campaigns, whether through email marketing or other channels, as a growth strategist.
- Dig deeper into marketing metrics to uncover actionable insights, build dashboards, and create reports as a data analyst.
What We're Looking For
- Strong math and analytics skills, including decoding metrics drops and root cause analysis.
- Independent, accountable, and proactive mindset suitable for a remote-first role with ownership of outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Engineering background, preferably from a tier-1 college.
- Around 1 year of experience in consulting or analytics.
