About the Role

Dedale Intelligence is hiring a Growth Executive to ensure customer retention and drive expansion for our intelligence platform and advisory services. You will be instrumental in growing revenue by maintaining high retention rates and identifying and managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted, high-level rapport with clients such as PE Partners, M&A Directors, and C-suite leaders.
  • Lead new client onboarding sessions with authority and product fluency to motivate user adoption.
  • Own the entire renewal cycle, from early risk detection and churn prevention to final commercial negotiation.
  • Conduct regular strategic check-ins to uncover client needs that can convert into advisory mandates or platform upsells.
  • Drive expansion efforts through a solution-focused approach, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Design and execute account-level growth strategies, utilizing data analysis to forecast trends and identify white space.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, working cross-functionally to ensure product updates align with client needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, customer success, or a similar field within Financial Services, Consulting, Intelligence, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in consultative or value selling and navigating complex, full-cycle sales processes.
  • Skilled at building rapport, cultivating trust, and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing performance objectives.
  • Adept at leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities and forecast growth trends effectively.
