Financiera oh!, part of Grupo Intercorp, is hiring a Growth Executive to execute and monitor projects focused on platform adoption, customer activation, and retention. You will be central to analyzing metrics and gathering insights to drive growth.

What You'll Do

Execute and support the adoption of the FarmaEmprendedor learning platform, including activations, training, and usage tracking.
Manage the operation and adoption of the MML Recommendation Model.
Analyze and monitor Growth projects, preparing reports and tracking key indicators.
Execute customer prospecting, activation, and retention actions in coordination with the sales team.
Conduct visits to clients and points of sale to gather insights and validate platform usage.
Provide support and training to clients and internal teams on digital tools.

What We're Looking For

A university degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in positions such as commercial analyst, product analyst, assistant, or intern.
Intermediate skills in Excel.
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Full Funnel, Growth, engagement, and recommendation models.
