CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring a Growth Consultant to lead the design and development of customized energy-efficiency solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and use market, regulatory, and technical insights to manage the full solution-design process, ensuring proposals and statements of work accurately reflect the designed value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop, design, and execute program solutions.
- Oversee solution design throughout the sales and proposal process.
- Define client-, region-, and market-specific solution specifications.
- Conduct market research and apply local insights to inform solution design.
- Identify measures, develop budgets/pricing, and document expected impacts.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and regional leaders for new or refined solutions.
- Manage the transition from proposal win to Program Delivery for launch.
- Ensure solution specifications and value propositions are accurately reflected in RFPs and SOWs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT, Engineering, and BI to refine and enhance solutions.
- Incorporate digital functionality and costing into solution designs.
- Develop market-appropriate, cost-effective measure mixes aligned with regulations.
- Monitor regulatory, market, and industry developments relevant to solution design.
- Assess evaluation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review regulatory and evaluator documents and integrate findings into improvements.
- Build SME expertise across the DSM product suite.
- Apply strong project management skills to drive delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related technologies.
- Deep expertise in DSM program design, evaluation, and regulated utility markets.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis in time-sensitive environments.
- Client-facing experience with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Successful track record leading cross-functional teams on energy or environmental initiatives.
- Proficiency with modeling concepts, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Strong financial and market analysis skills; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Broad understanding of disciplines involved in solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process flow mapping.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or energy-related field.
- PMP and/or CEM certification.
