About the Role

WPP Media is hiring a CRO Manager to lead Conversion Rate Optimization efforts for our clients, driving measurable improvements in digital performance. In this role, you will define, implement, and optimize CRO strategies across digital touchpoints to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of media campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive CRO strategies for clients, aligned with their business objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of CRO specialists.
  • Oversee the entire CRO process, from hypothesis generation and research to A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization initiatives.
  • Analyze complex data from various sources to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Design and prioritize testing roadmaps, ensuring a continuous flow of impactful experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate CRO insights into broader digital strategies.
  • Present test results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date about the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track and communicate CRO performance and ROI.
  • Champion a data-driven and experimentation-led mindset within the agency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Deep expertise in CRO tools and web analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital marketing channels, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric agency environment.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Media or Digital Marketing agency landscape is a strong plus.
