The Accelerated Agency is looking for an Influencer Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in influencer marketing who is ready to step into a more client-facing position. You will provide on-the-ground support managing day-to-day communication with influencers and ensuring best-in-class campaign execution, contributing to the success and resonance of each initiative.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation of influencer strategies that align with brand objectives to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and content creators to ensure authentic brand collaborations.
- Collaborate on content ideas and support the production of compelling content across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Implement product seeding strategies to support brand campaigns and new product launches.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to provide innovative insights.
- Assist with influencer shortlisting, vetting, negotiations, contracts, briefing, and management, ensuring compliance with all client rules and regulations.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup in technology platforms and create timely internal and client performance reports.
- Maintain proficiency with influencer tools and proprietary tech platforms.
- Assist with data-driven talent recommendations and content ideas, and support content workflow and approvals.
- Act as a first round of approval on influencer content, providing structured feedback.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication, working with the team to deliver succinct campaign updates.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for social media and influencer marketing, along with a basic knowledge of social platforms and the influencer landscape.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide regular updates to your manager.
- Responsibility for understanding all campaign requirements, selecting relevant influencers, and providing accurate feedback to ensure content accuracy.
- Familiarity with reporting templates and technology, and the ability to extract key learnings from performance data to suggest future actions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with talent agents and influencers to streamline onboarding and enhance negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and contacts while seeking guidance as needed.
