Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and strategic roadmap for digital in-store media and electronic shelf labeling solutions, driving measurable business results in retailer adoption, brand revenue, and profitability
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators that tie product development efforts directly to business outcomes, beyond simple feature completion
- Prioritize initiatives based on demonstrated customer value and potential business impact, with flexibility to pivot based on validated learning
- Explore and evaluate adjacent market opportunities to broaden market reach and define go-to-market strategies for expansion
- Conduct regular customer interviews and field research with retailers, brands, and store operations to inform product direction
- Uncover customer pain points and unmet needs through direct engagement, then translate findings into actionable product strategies
- Design and execute experiments to test product assumptions prior to significant engineering investment
- Develop data-driven proposals for new initiatives, including market analysis and competitive differentiation
- Guide and grow a team of product managers, with a focus on strengthening customer discovery and strategic planning skills
- Cultivate a team environment centered on continuous learning and impactful results, not just output volume
- Set clear objectives and priorities while empowering team members with autonomy in execution
- Improve the overall discipline, efficiency, and quality of product management practices across the team
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design as an integrated product team, co-developing solutions rather than delegating tasks
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to shape go-to-market plans, product positioning, and sales tools
- Work alongside commercial teams to increase customer uptake and usage of new product offerings
- Present product strategy, progress updates, and key insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
