What You'll Do
Engage with customers in a welcoming and approachable way, offering helpful guidance and clear answers to their questions. Maintain organized and attractive product displays by restocking items efficiently and following merchandising standards. Operate equipment such as sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely. Use technology systems to track and complete daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to support a clean, compliant, and customer-ready environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Capable of operating a sit-down forklift and pallet jack with proper training
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items while frequently bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and staying focused under pressure
- Willingness to learn and use job-specific technology systems
- Detail-oriented with a consistent, process-driven approach to tasks
- Enjoy interacting with customers and committed to providing reliable service

Work Mode
This is an onsite role available at locations across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Weekend availability is required, and scheduling is designed to offer flexibility based on business needs and team member preferences.
