Great Minds, a high-growth, mission-driven organization founded by educators, is looking for a Seasonal Operations Support Specialist – Strategic Accounts. You’ll join our Operations Supply Chain team during peak season to ensure smooth execution through meticulous data management, analysis, and reporting. We believe all students deserve meaningful content and all teachers deserve effective tools.
What You'll Do
- Monitor exceptions reporting and promptly communicate any anomalies
- Track key operational metrics and service level agreements to ensure timely case resolution
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and troubleshoot data-related issues independently
- Escalate issues as required to the Senior Manager for timely resolution
- Accurately enter and manage data into Salesforce to support daily case management
- Apply basic analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports using tools like Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Actively engage in team meetings, providing input and recommendations to drive operational excellence
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including documentation and data collection
