IP Group is looking for a Graphics and Communications Manager to visually communicate the Group's mission, portfolio, and performance. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 6–9 months, requiring a professional who can translate complex technical, scientific, and financial ideas into clear, compelling visual assets for stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Produce PowerPoint presentations, templates, business cards, reports, and summary sheets.
- Ideate and design high-quality visuals, including GIFs and static images, for the Group's owned channels like social media, the website, and newsletters.
- Design intuitive, accurate, and engaging charts, graphs, and infographics to make complex data easy to understand.
- Maintain LinkedIn and X pages, sharing company and portfolio news and creating content for awareness days and ad campaigns.
- Manage the Group websites for both the plc and Australia businesses, keeping content relevant and up to date.
- Maintain the internal company intranet by uploading videos and news.
- Support company events by creating materials such as invites, backdrops, menus, bespoke graphics, and branded marketing materials.
- Collect internal and portfolio news to produce regular newsletters via Mailchimp, creating visuals and writing stories.
What We're Looking For
- Expert PowerPoint skills.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A proven passion for writing in a professional or personal capacity.
- Demonstrable experience translating complex data, financial information, or technical/scientific concepts into clear visual communication.
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, investment, or any environment requiring accurate translation of complex information.
- Experience using a website CMS.
- Experience delivering communications across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing social media pages.
- Keen attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working for a plc and familiarity with reporting cycles.
