Galileo is offering a Graphic Designer (Junior) apprenticeship for a student in graphic design. You'll begin with immersive training in our communication and design department, followed by hands-on participation in creative projects.
What You'll Do
- Discover the tools and working methods of a visual communication department.
- Participate in creating visuals for social media and digital media.
- Design posters, flyers, and print communication materials.
- Learn to respect a graphic charter and printing constraints.
- Be accompanied by a designer or communication officer for 1 to 2 months, then gradually gain autonomy on projects.
- Perform layout work for brochures, presentations, and documents.
- Participate in graphic research and creative proposals.
- Perform simple photo retouching and prepare files for printing.
- Create simple logo and visual identity proposals.
- Ensure the visual consistency of the materials produced.
- Participate in graphic watch and design trends.
What We're Looking For
- Currently a student in a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
- Creative, curious, and detail-oriented.
- Motivated and wanting to develop skills in graphic design.
- Master the basics of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Have basics in typography and layout.
- Ability to work autonomously while appreciating teamwork.
- Have a portfolio presenting personal or school projects.
