As a Galleri Consultant, you will lead the adoption of a transformative multi-cancer early detection test within primary care networks across a defined Tennessee territory. Your focus will be on building strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and practice administrators to integrate advanced diagnostic solutions into routine patient care.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market presence and exceed sales targets. Engage directly with primary care practices to introduce the science and clinical value of multi-cancer detection technology, identifying early adopters and guiding them through implementation. Deliver tailored educational sessions and clinical discussions that address both therapeutic and operational needs.
Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to strengthen provider understanding of diagnostic innovation and build credibility with key decision-makers. Use insights from the field to inform marketing and sales strategies, working closely with internal teams in marketing, customer service, and billing. Track and analyze territory performance, customer behavior, and competitive trends to uncover new opportunities and refine outreach approaches.
Manage customer records accurately in the CRM system and ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and company policies. Lead promotional initiatives that support broader commercial goals while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales success; 2+ years considered with relevant company experience
- Ability to travel extensively—approximately 85% of time, including overnight trips
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) and CRM platforms

- Background in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Degree or coursework in medical or biological sciences
- History of exceeding sales targets and receiving performance recognition

Work Mode
This is an onsite, field-based position. Over 85% of your time will be spent traveling within the Nashville, Knoxville, and Murfreesboro regions to meet with physician practices in person. Occasional travel to company offices or other locations may be required.
Compensation
Base salary range: $94,000–$125,000. Eligible for annual bonus and incentive programs. Equity details are not disclosed.
