What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for product and design roles across all levels
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in competitive markets
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs
- Conduct candidate assessments with a focus on skills, experience, and cultural contribution
- Manage the interview process from outreach to offer, ensuring a smooth experience
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategy adjustments
- Build relationships with passive candidates in key talent segments
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and design trends to better evaluate candidates

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
