About the Role
We are seeking a marketer skilled in performance advertising to manage and optimize digital campaigns that drive user growth. The ideal candidate will use analytics, A/B testing, and platform expertise to improve ROI across paid channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute paid acquisition strategies across digital platforms
- Manage and optimize budgets for maximum return on ad spend
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting and messaging
- Use data insights to adjust campaign tactics in real time
- Monitor key performance indicators including CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvements
- Work closely with product teams to align marketing with user experience
- Develop audience segmentation strategies for improved targeting
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms
- Manage relationships with third-party ad tech vendors
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy standards
- Scale successful campaigns across new regions or verticals
- Maintain documentation of campaign strategies and results
Nice to Have
- Background in machine learning or AI-driven applications
- Experience scaling user acquisition for B2B tech products
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools
