Careers at Eucalyptus is seeking a Graduate Writer to join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia. You'll apply your writing skills in a growth-focused environment, learning from experienced operators and contributing to work that drives conversion, retention, and cross-sell. In this role, you will help shape the patient journey with copy that has real impact.
What You'll Do
- Learn sales and commercial acumen through persuasive writing.
- Write copy across key patient touchpoints from webpage to onboarding to long-term retention projects.
- Translate complex health topics into hyper-clear messaging that builds trust and drives action.
- Spot and fill gaps in persuasive arguments by identifying needs for testimonials, statistics, or expert quotes.
- Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formats.
- Partner closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams where copy performance is a shared responsibility.
- Apply AI deliberately to increase efficiency and effectiveness without compromising writing quality or compliance.
What We're Looking For
- You are a strong writer with a passion for writing craft and persuasion.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefs.
- You are curious and eager to learn.
- You are interested in conversion, retention and cross-sell functions of D2C marketing.
Nice to Have
- Graduate from an Arts/Humanities/Law/Economics background preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates whose background is rooted in growth marketing, CRO, lifecycle, or conversion strategy, where copy has been a core lever for performance.
