Agilent Technologies is looking for a Graduate Field Service Engineer in Sydney to join our mission of supporting discoveries that advance the quality of life. You will be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering service excellence by supporting clients across the region.
What You'll Do
- Install, configure, and commission advanced Agilent instrumentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans.
- Participate in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory settings.
- Potentially provide application-level support and training to customers over time.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology.
