DS Smith Packaging Limited is looking for a Gépmester to join our team in a recycled packaging manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for the efficient setup and operation of production machinery and equipment, ensuring production targets are met while adhering to strict quality standards and coordinating the team working on your line.

What You'll Do

Efficiently set up and operate manufacturing machines and equipment to meet production targets.
Install and adjust tools and dies.
Fulfill production schedules, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
Manufacture products that meet quality specifications and perform required checks.
Perform regular machine operator maintenance.
Communicate with various production areas and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly performance review meetings.
Coordinate and assist colleagues working on your machine, providing continuous feedback to the team.
Take responsibility for your team's performance.
Actively participate in identifying and solving problems.

What We're Looking For

Secondary-level technical education.
Several years of experience in a machine operator, machine setter, or mechanic role.
Good technical aptitude.
Conscientious, precise, and independent work ethic.
Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule.
A team-player mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience in packaging or paper industry.
